Million Dollar Smiles operates as a non-profit organization.  Although we are not currently a registered charity, we continue to receive support from some very special partners that contribute to our cause simply because they believe in what we do.  Financial contributions and gifts from our partners allow us to build more playgrounds, plan better events and give out more Holiday Bears to our special Million Dollar Smiles children.  We are indebted to our partners and they are, without a doubt, true Smile Angels! Since we are a volunteer organization, 100% of all partner contributions go directly to Million Dollar Smiles initiatives.
