Throughout the year we hold numerous fundraising initiatives. We are a young and budding organization, so we welcome all your creative ideas for ways to raise money for Million Dollar Smiles. One of our ongoing fundraisers is the Pennies for Smiles program. We hope that you will participate by saving your pennies and donate them to Million Dollar Smiles. 

Million Dollar Smiles depends on donations from our community. Our website is now security enabled to allow you to Donate using our secure payment process. 

Since we are a volunteer organization, 100% of your donations to Million Dollar Smiles go to Million Dollar Smiles initiatives.
