Your pennies symbolize how many small acts can make a monumental difference in the life of children facing life threatening medical challenges. Help us reach our goal of 1 Million Pennies by filling up at least one regular 500ml water bottle [Each bottle = $7.00] with those pennies loitering around your house and car, and challenge 5 friends to do the same. Then bestow those pennies to Million Dollar Smiles and share in the gratitude of making children in need smile.
