Sponsor A Playground

During the summer months Million Dollar Smiles volunteers are recruited to build playgrounds in the backyards of selected MDS children. Our present fundraising efforts will allow us to reward 4 - 6 MDS children with playgrounds during the summer of 2012.  Since our goal is to build a minimum of 10 playgrounds, we are looking for Playground Sponsorships. 

Our Million Dollar Smiles Playground Sponsorship Package

is $2,000 each and includes the following:

A Deluxe Playground Kit*

A special engraved medal for the Million Dollar Smiles child

A Million Dollar Smiles celebration cake

Non-alcoholic beverages for volunteers

Inclusion of your company logo and links on our website and Facebook

An invitation to take part in the Playground Build

*Playground kit designs sometimes change and so may not look exactly as in the picture.
