My name is Anna Lopes,
I brought MDS to life back in 2006 when I realized that every community is in need of its own advocates.
We began as a small group of volunteers who understood that being there for children and families facing special needs or the diagnosis of a life threatening illness was special.
For over 15 years, our amazing team of SMILE ANGELS has brought love and light into the lives of these children and their families- something I hope we continue to do for as long as we possible can.
Our astounding community continues to grow and I welcome you to be a part of it!
